Tokabeln: Add or edit a phrase

Once you have entered a few words, it makes sense to start adding phrases, too.

Tap on 'Phrases'

All phrases are shown - ordered by category. Select an existing phrase or the '+' to create a new one

Enter or edit the phrase

Enter the details of your phrase:

• The phrase in foreign language
• The phrase in your mother language
• The phrase if it would be translated word-by-word. Note: Very helpful when learning words.
• Choose a category for the phrase (just click to come to the category list. More on categories...

Associate words

Now you can also associate words you have to the words in the phrase. Just choose 'Associate Words'

Tap on any word in the phrase

Note: An association can also be deleted. Just select it in the list and then use the 'x'

Select the word you want to associate

Save the associations

Save the phrase

Here you go - the phrase is saved
